Do I have to accept every booking?
No commitment, no minimum. Your availability toggle controls whether you receive new bookings. Turn it off anytime.
How and when do I get paid?
Stripe deposits directly to your bank account after the client confirms delivery. Typical turnaround is 2-5 business days.
What if someone submits something I don't want to engage with?
You control your content types and formats. Only bookings matching your settings come through. We're also building a pass option for edge cases.
Can I set my own rate?
Completely. You set a rate per format (written notes vs. live call) per content type. Change it anytime in settings.
What does ProsDirect take?
20% platform fee. You keep 80% of every session. No hidden fees, no monthly subscription.
Who reviews my application?
Our team personally reviews every application. This is an invite-quality community, not an open marketplace. We're selective on purpose.
